Releasing Negativity
Denying emotions creates a Pandora’s Box of physical illness, misdirected reactions, covert aggression, emotional outbursts and perhaps more importantly, leads to the inability to realise your potential. The problem with denying emotions is that you deny your good feelings as well. All too often, pushing away bad feelings causes us to push away ALL emotion, including postive feelings.
We cannot write in water. We cannot carve in water. Often we are forced to ‘go with the flow’. Before sailing it is important to release negativity. We are going to break the ropes that tie us up.

Write a message using your non dominant hand and release some feelings. Put your message in a bottle and let it drift away over the Lemurian waters to a place where negative feelings may be recycled and converted into positive energy.

Matilda! How we’ve missed you! Sweet Albert sends his fond regards and says he’s sorry about that unfortunate poker game incident.
Great to be on board, releasing Pandora’s load!
Superb drawings Heather.Actually do I have to write comments as Wacam or as me? Plus the message – who writes that? Oh bother it! That’s a ragged looking bird on your arm there, all dowdy and aged!
OK that’s it! Can’t do this anymore unless I finally and completely release the feminine wound that binds my spirituality and creativity in bonds tighter than a corset. So now Captain, my Captain Ebony Wilder, take me to that ancient matricentered civilization you whispered about in my dreams last night…..the corset is going overboard!!! (Geeez, how did women ever wear those things…in fact why?????)
Releasing Negetativity.
I love the picture. It is appropreate since I am aboard
ship.I am so tied up with heavy ship rope. I find it amazing that I still bob and drift along, somewhat poitlessly it must be said.I need to find a positive trail in all of this.I get tied up as it like looking for lost and ellusive treasure. You wonder if you’ll ever find it! susan preston (agjnseac)
